Before you enter the crypt with your order, here are the answers to the most common questions about commissions, shipping, and caring for your creations.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I welcome commissions through my  Custom Orders page.

Custom designs can include cathedral mirrors, plaques, shelves, or something unseen. I’ll reply within 2–3 business days with sketches, pricing, and a timeline.

How long do custom pieces take?

Depending on size and complexity, customs usually take 2–6 weeks. If you have a deadline (such as a ritual date, birthday, or event), let me know when submitting your request.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders are handmade and usually ship within 5–7 business days (sometimes sooner).

During busy seasons (Halloween, Christmas), production times may be longer. Current timelines are always displayed in the announcement bar at the top of the page.

Please note: turnaround time refers to how long it takes me to create and pack your order. Postal delivery times are separate and will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Do you ship internationally

Yes. I currently ship directly to theUSA, UK, Canada, and New Zealand.For all other countries, please order through my

Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

How much is shipping?

  • Australia: Flat rate $14.95, or free shipping on orders over $120.
  • Express Post (Australia only)$18.95.
    Please note: Express Post only speeds up postal delivery. My standard turnaround times for making and packing your order still apply.
  • International (USA, UK, Canada, NZ): Calculated at checkout and varies by country.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. All parcels include tracking details, which will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Do you accept returns?

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days and I’ll organise a replacement or refund.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted as each piece is handmade to order.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

No. Because every piece is handmade to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

What if I change my mind before shipping?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be underway.

When should I order for Halloween or Christmas?

To ensure delivery before major seasonal dates, please place your order as early as possible.

  • Halloween → Christmas is my busiest time of year, and popular items can sell out quickly.
  • Christmas cut-off dates for shipping will always be announced in the announcement bar at the top of the page.

I don’t want you to miss out — so if you’re shopping for seasonal décor or gifts, ordering early is always the safest option.

Where is my order coming from? Who makes my order?

Each piece is crafted and shipped by me (Shannon) from my home studio in Brisbane, Australia. Nothing is mass-produced or outsourced — every creation leaves the crypt carefully made by my own hands.

How do I care for my piece?

Acrylic mirrors

  • Use a soft microfibre cloth to remove dust or fingerprints.
  • For smudges, gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth — never use harsh chemicals, glass cleaner, or paper towels, as they can scratch the acrylic surface.
  • Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent warping.

Painted or wooden pieces

  • Dust gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
  • Do not soak or use strong cleaners — moisture can damage wood and paint finishes.
  • Display indoors, away from excessive heat or humidity.

How do I hang my piece?

Almost all of my pieces come with a keyhole hanger built in. The majority are flush, so they can also be hung with 3M Command Strips if you prefer.

A select few designs sit about 3mm off the wall. If you require your piece to be completely flush for adhesive hanging, please leave a note at checkout and I’ll make sure it’s prepared for 3M use.

Some lighter signs do not have a keyhole hanger and are best hung with 3M Command Strips — this will always be noted on the product page.

⚠️ Please note: safe and secure hanging is the responsibility of the customer. I cannot take responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation or handling.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time I don’t offer full gift wrapping, but all orders are carefully packaged in tissue and branded wrapping, ready to gift.

Can I include a gift note?

Yes. You can add your message at checkout, and I’ll include it on a small card with your order. The receipt will not be included in gift parcels.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, I offer a limited wholesale range. For enquiries, please reach out via the Custom Orders page or email me at [your email] with the subject line Wholesale Enquiry.

Do you take rush orders?

Sometimes. Please contact me before ordering to see if I can accommodate your deadline. Rush availability depends on my current workload and the season.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Local pickup in Brisbane is not generally offered. In special cases, pickup may be arranged — please contact me before ordering.
