Processing Times
All items are handmade to order. Most orders are crafted and ready to ship within 7–10 business days.
During busy seasons (such as Halloween and Christmas), production times may be longer. Updated timelines will always be displayed in the announcement bar at the top of the website.
Processing time refers to how long it takes to make and pack your order. Postal delivery times are separate and vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Post: Flat rate AU $14.95, or free shipping on orders over AU $120.

Express Post: Flat rate AU $18.95.
Express Post speeds up postal delivery only — standard processing times for making and packing your order still apply.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch): 2–6 business days for Standard Post and 1–3 business days for Express Post.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For orders shipping outside Australia, your country may charge VAT, GST, customs duties, or processing fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your checkout total.
EU & UK Customers
VAT or import fees are commonly applied when parcels arrive. These charges (if applied) are the responsibility of the buyer.
USA Customers (No Surprises)
Most small parcels enter the U.S. without any extra fees, and we handle all tariff requirements on our end.
You will not receive unexpected import bills — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Canada & New Zealand Customers
Import taxes or processing fees may be applied depending on local regulations.
