Processing Times

All items are handmade to order. Most orders are crafted and ready to ship within 14 business days.

During busy seasons (such as Sales, Halloween and Christmas), production times may be longer. If you require something sooner, please contact me and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Processing time refers to how long it takes to make and pack your order. Postal delivery times are separate and begin once your parcel has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Both Standard and Express Post options are available.

Please note that Express Post speeds up the postal delivery only. Standard processing times for making and packing your order still apply.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Post: 2–8 business days
  • Express Post: 1–4 business days

International Shipping

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Express shipping is available for selected destinations.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, customs processing and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For orders shipping outside Australia, your country may charge VAT, GST, customs duties or processing fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your checkout total.

EU & UK Customers

VAT or import fees may be applied when your parcel arrives. Any charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

USA Customers

Import requirements are handled as required for eligible shipments. If any duties or taxes apply under current regulations, they will be shown during checkout or collected in accordance with the shipping method and destination.

Canada & New Zealand Customers

Import taxes or processing fees may be applied depending on your local regulations.
