Handmade to Order
Each Whispers of the Crypt creation is handmade to order. Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our work, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damages & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shannon@whispersofthecrypt.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may request clear photos of the packaging and item, and—if needed—a return of the product to process a replacement.
Eligible claims will be repaired or remade with priority.
Return postage for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Whispers of the Crypt.
For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Your Rights
Your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law remain in addition to this policy.
